I sent an email to Praying Support, when can I expect a response?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 4 PM PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response on weekdays. Any and all emails sent Friday evening-Sunday will be answered on Monday.
Customs
Praying does pay an extra $5 USD for every international order shipping label to cover any taxes/duties/customs, however, if the taxes/duties/customs do cost more than $5 USD the customer is responsible for the cost
What is Order protection? Why is it important in my order?
Praying provides shipping insurance through Order Protection. We recommend purchasing this service at checkout if you want your shipment to be covered from loss or theft during the shipping process. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders that did not utilize Order Protection .
What is your return policy?
Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact support@prayingg.com.
How can I make a modification on my order?
Please check that your chosen product sizing that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. If you’re requesting an address change, and your order has not been shipped, we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at support@prayingg.com with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.
If your package has shipped we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address ASAP!
How do I care for my Praying products?
To ensure your items last as long as you want them to, please be sure to machine wash cold and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Any garment that has a screen-printed design on the front we recommend you spot clean the graphic and wash inside out.
